Marcia Maphangula is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in financial management across diverse industries, both locally and internationally. With a proven track record of success, Marcia has made significant contributions to organizations in sectors including Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Legal, Investment, Manufacturing, and Construction. Throughout her illustrious career, she has held executive roles such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Managing Director (MD) in both SMEs and large companies. Her expertise extends to developing strategic policies, creating innovative revenue models, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and maximizing return on investments.
One of her most notable achievements includes spearheading a company that achieved a remarkable turnover of R200 million. Her leadership skills and strategic vision have enabled her to navigate complex business environments and drive sustainable growth.
In addition to her executive roles, she is actively involved in governance and leadership roles. She serves on several Boards and chairs Board Committees, where her insights and expertise contribute to informed decision-making and effective governance practices. Furthermore, she is deeply engaged in mentoring and contributing to the development of future business leaders. As a mentor and adjudicator at the prestigious Gordon Institute of Business School (GIBS), she shares her wealth of knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals, helping them hone their skills and achieve their full potential. Currently, Marcia runs her own company, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience and expertise to provide strategic financial advisory services. With her multifaceted background in financial management, governance, and mentorship, She is a respected leader and a driving force in the business community.
Fatuma Abdullah is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, and entrepreneurship development. Armed with a Master's degree in E-Business Management and International Economics, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics, Fatuma has cultivated a robust skill set and a deep understanding of global business dynamics. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and implemented projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, collaborating with renowned organizations such as Barclays and ATMS, a UNDP Project. Her extensive experience includes serving as a director, overseeing a foundation with a budget exceeding R67 million. In this role, Fatuma demonstrated her proficiency in fund management, fundraising, and strategic disbursement of funds to various impactful projects.
In addition to her corporate achievements, she has embarked on a new endeavor as a self-published children's book author. With a passion for storytelling and a commitment to promoting African culture, she serves as an advocate for connecting children through engaging and culturally enriching narratives.

Phathutshedzo Blessing Maphangula (Director)
Phathu Maphangula is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background and extensive experience in accounting, taxation, human resources, and company secretary work across various industries. She holds a Higher Certificate in Accounting Sciences from UNISA, a Diploma in Business Accounting from ACCA, and a certificate in Human Resource Management from SACOB. Additionally, she is a Certified Business Accountant with SAIBA, further showcasing her expertise in the field. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax consulting, coupled with 5 years in human resources and recruitment, she has honed her skills in managing complex financial and HR matters. Her career spans across different sectors, including the IT industry, accounting firms (finance), human resource and investment sectors. She is proficiency encompasses various areas, including tax compliance, accounting processes, payroll management, human resource administration, and company secretarial duties. She has successfully collaborated with small, medium, and large companies, demonstrating her ability to adapt to different organizational structures and requirements. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies with annual book values exceeding 100 million and staff complements of over 100 employees. Currently pursuing her BCom in Human Resources through UNISA, she remains committed to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring she stays abreast of industry trends and best practices.
